((Oh everyone, Ryan looks different now, but acts exactly the same.))
Ryan was out of breath and had desided that this really wasn't quite as good as an idea as it was when he started. His lungs started to hurt. Damnit where was this kid, and how far did he exspect him to go.
He could see a clearing up ahead. Good maybe he was up there and he could get a brake. He could hear nothing but his own panting so when he reach this level to his suprise, and horror, it was filled with a large amount of people.
Scanning this room he suddenly when deathly silent. Scum, they're all scum. He helt his breath and walked over to the only half-elf he could see ignoring everyone else in the roon. "Excuse me." She was leaning over a uncontius human. Eeeh, he didn't know why she bothered. "Have you seen a small elven child run through here, about yey high, short white hair? I've been following him, but I seem to have lost him." He spoke in a low monotone and very slowly.

Kapu gingerly stepped over the remains of a swinging-blade trap whose shaft had been snapped into pieces. The blade itself lay undamaged on the floor, though with the splintered remains of the axle protruding from the top. This was presumably a trap that Ari and Tempest had tripped earlier. That klutz ._.;
Taking the hint, Kapu pulled Whirr from his back, and held it up in front of himself. His caution was rewarded on the staircase to 39, when a bunch of knives burst from the wall to his left. He ducked, and they rebounded off the far wall to clatter harmlessly to the ground. Jeez. Who was the jerkwad that built this place?
The next floor was empty, except for a kid leaning against the window. Kapu turned his head to one side. He looked rather like Serene, maybe a little younger, but he had a nice set of wings on him. Didn't look the same as Sis, though. Huh. Still, maybe he was a friend of hers? Serene was somewhere in here, Kapu knew that much.
"Hullo?" he asked, pushing Whirr into the ground as to not look threatening.

The voice startled Ceileuse, and he almost tumbled out of the window after losing his balance. With a flap of his wings he managed to regain his footing and sighed with relief. He peered cautiously around the edge of the window and saw someone standing there next to an object on the ground that he couldn't exactly make out. He gulped anxiously. Ceileuse wasn't a sneaky person by nature and couldn't hide himself very well like he had hoped he could have, but this person didn't look hostile, so the winged boy felt somewhat safe as he leapt off the ledge of the window into the tower.
"Uh... Hi," he answered uneasily, raising a hand casually to scratch the back of his head. "I don't exactly know what I'm doing here. I tried flying out to see if I could just get to the ground, and after looking outside I don't think I'm gonna want to try that..."
Ceileuse tried to smile in order to appear trustworthy, but didn't think it would be very convincing. It probably made him look more deranged than friendly. He flexed his wings inward, trying to hide them behind his back in order to appear more 'normal.' In his head he was already working out what he would do for an escape plan if things didn't turn out well. Ailyse was probably waiting outside in case something bad happened...

"I... see..." Kapu turned his head to one side, trying to figure him out. He didn't look like a bad sort, but he was acting pretty fishy. His story wasn't very far along in terms of making sense, either. And what was with that grin? X)? Kapu cautiously adjusted his grip on Whirr, not making any movements yet but ready to defend himself should he be attacked. With crazy people you never knew what would happen.
A soft sound of billowing air swept through the room, and Kapu craned his head to try and see around Ceileuse. There was the grinding sound of metal against stone, and a girl suddenly dropped into view from the top of the window amid a shower of pebbles and sparks. She looked like she had slid down the side of the tower, using the piton to slow her descent. Her hair was mussed, and her dress slightly dusty. A pair of white wings flared behind her, folding onto her back as she touched down onto the window sill.
"Hi Kapu," said Serene, hopping to the floor and chucking the damaged piton away. "Who's your friend?"

More people? Ceileuse thought to himself, starting to worry. Jeez, I'm outnumbered. This person doesn't seem bad either, though, so I think I'll be fine. I hope. I'll just be friendly and they'll probably be friendly back. He looked to Serene and his eyes immediately fell onto her wings folded onto her back. For some reason his nerves calmed down and his apprehension melted away. Blinking a few times, he put on a real smile over his deranged one. "Uh, my name's Ceileuse. I... I'm not a bad person, really. I just have the worst sense of direction that could ever be conceived, and I'm seriously lost."
"What is he doing?" Ailyse muttered quietly to herself. She barely hovered outside the tower, her back close against the wall with just enough room for her cream toned wings to flap silently. Near the edge of the window, she heard the conversation and began to grow worried. Yeah, Cei, telling people you're not a bad person really makes them thing you're not a bad person. The lavender haired angel let out a quiet sigh as she reached for her sheathed sword at her side in case something really did go wrong. Then... well, it'd be another case of 'Ailyse saves the day again.'

Kapu stepped towards the window, thinking he'd heard a voice. He roostered his head a little, listened, but heard nothing else and gave up with a shrug. "We're not here for any trouble with you," he said mildly. Whirr clicked in his hands.
"And why would you be 'bad?'" Serene asked nonchalantly, walking away from Ceileuse and Kapu towards the other side of the room. A cloud of dust surrounded her while she shook out the folds of her dress. "We never said anything accusatory," she added, turning slightly to give him a single gold-eyed look of suspicion. Ceil didn't look like a bad kind of guy. A bit... clueless, but kindly so. He was winged, too, which was a definite plus.
"What are you hiding?"

"No, I don't think it was poison..." Ari murmured to Kriven as she passed her hand over the unconscious person's forehead. "Looks more like a case of exhaustion. I'm sure that he'll get better with just a bit of rest." She stood up to see a newcomer standing near her, asking her something. Who was this person anyway and what was he doing here? It seemed as though this tower was quickly becoming a source of attraction for some people. Were all of them eager to find what she and Tempest were searching for too? If so, they had better hurry... "No, can't say that I have," she replied cheerily. "But if I see someone of that description, I'll let him know that you're looking for him."
Tempest cut in really quickly. "Actually, there was a kid like that running around... near the 48th floor, if I remember correctly," he offered. Wow, Tempest was feeling up to helping someone else. That was a first. He honestly just wanted the crowd to dissipate so that he could think properly. It seemed as though he was never able to communicate in groups, much less work with others. Right now, his mind was searching for a balance between peace and quiet. Too bad Ari was a social bee while he was the complete opposite. It made things a lot more difficult in times like these, especially when Ari decided to become a softy and help someone out.

"What's that? I sense life-force here... A lot of it... that bastard brother of mine among them.." a black-gloved hand balled tightly into a fist, "This time I will have that power."
There were maybe five, he could sense it. One floor up. One of them was uncounsious already, maybe his soul would be a good appetizer as well as an energy booster. The man pushed back a lock of long blue hair and unsheathed a crimson-colored sword, long and gleaming with an unknown light. Slowly and quietly up the steps, one, two, three... He reached the second to last, still out of view of the party above.
The sword is raised into the air, "DEATH STORM!" the sword is brought down, unleashing a violent frenzy of black and red energy that tears the tiles off the floor, and threatens to destroy anyone in way of the rampaging chaos.
"...Aw damn, GET OUTTA THE WAY TOWARDS THE EDGES OF THE ROOM!" Kriven commanded, sliding himself as far up the windowsill as he could.

"Thanks alot" Ryan bit at his words. "Though I didn't ask you did I?" He said under his breath. He was about to start up the stairs again when a voice cut into his train of though "...Aw damn, GET OUTTA THE WAY TOWARDS THE EDGES OF THE ROOM!" What kind of althority did this guy think he had? He was just as worthless as the rest of them. "Oi you!" He bellowed at him, now cowering in a window alcove, "don't you f***ing tell me what to do you worthle..." But he stopped himself as he noticed a small red flicker out of the courner of his eye.
He hated t admit it, but in a split-second he knew that this piece of trash was right, and with a quick stepping jump, he ended up right at the side of the room, cursing under his breath.
((I couldn't think of any other way of phasing that sentance so that he didn't sware ... so I covered it up, because we're nice and child friendly we are.))

((I just noticed it says Senith in your post, Aleu. xD; ) Kapu stepped towards the window, thinking he'd heard a voice. He roostered his head a little, listened, but heard nothing else and gave up with a shrug. "We're not here for any trouble with you," he said mildly. Whirr clicked in his hands. "And why would you be 'bad?'" Serene asked nonchalantly, walking away from Senith and Kapu towards the other side of the room. "What are you hiding?" Ceileuse apprehensively glanced over his shoulder towards the window. He knew Ailyse was outside waiting in case something bad happened, but he didn't think these people were a cause of worry. "People don't usually trust me, because they see these and freak out." He paused, turning back to face them and point at the wings sprouting from his back. "I just thought maybe I'd clarify that I'm not an enemy, but I should have figured that'd just make me more suspicious. My friend's outside that window. I told her to wait outside while I explored the inside of this tower. We're lost, seriously, we couldn't find a raincloud even if there was one above us pouring on our heads-" He was cut off when a rumble shook the ground under them followed by a string of words he couldn't decipher because of the distance. Regaining his footing, he looked to Serene and Kapu. "That was odd," he muttered, frowning in confusion. "Do you think we should check it out? ...You can trust me, really, I don't mean to be suspicious."

Serene looked at Ceil with a grin, and walked towards him. "When they look at you funny," she said, "just do this." She lifted a wing and stuffed Ceil in the face with it, grabbing his shoulders from behind so he didn't stumble out of the window. "It usually shuts them up, especially when you don't catch 'em."
The floor shook. With a growl, Kapu whipped open Whirr and strode angrily towards the steps. "That pompous little self-righteous house-wrecking son of a...." He gave Whirr a powerful swing, blasting a tunnel of wind down the spiral steps towards the landing where Kriven and company were making a mess of the tilework. Cupping his hands together, he leaned down the edge and bellowed, "SHUT UP!"

Seeing Ceileuse's wings flutter near the open window, Ailyse blinked in confusion. Was he being pushed out? She flew over to the window, and, closing her eyes, braced herself, propping her arms in front in case he was about to fall through. His back stayed suspended a few inches in front of her, and she reopened her eyes a crack, seeing someone holding him in place. She glanced over his shoulder inside at Serene and Kapu. "Uh, Cei, what's happening here? You didn't pick a fight, did you?"
Ceileuse looked to her confusedly and raised an eyebrow. "I thought I told you to stay outside-"
Ailyse pushed past him, grabbing his arm as she flew inside to pull him away from the window out off Serene's grasp. She shoved him gently to the side of the room, standing firmly in front of him. Brandishing her sword, she held it up defensively with a frown. "We're not here to fight, we're just going to leave. I don't want to have to-"
"Put that away," Ceileuse interjected, grabbing her elbow to pull it back. She gave him a quizzical look as she reluctantly lowered her blade. The redhead gave Kapu and Serene a quick smile. "This is Ailyse; she's my friend. 'Lyse, these guys aren't enemies, hurry and put it away." A slight scowl grew on her face as she cautiously resheathed her sword and folded her arms as she turned back to face the two of them.

Jukka was having the time of his life. He was sprinting down a corridor now after having nearly evaded a statue that had brought itself to life, swinging a gargantuan sword as Jukka fled. He turned around and saw the statue at the end of the corridor, fumbling over a visor that had fallen over his eyes. Jukka chuckled and slowed down to a walk. He loved adventure, he always had. He had heard rumors about this tower - he had no idea what it was but he wanted to check it out. He had been here for a while now, and judging by the view from a nearby window, he was far up. He saw a staircase ahead and made his way for it. Halfway down he heard someone yell "SHUT UP!"
Jukka stopped dead in his tracks. Were other people exploring as well...? He cautiously grabbed a throwing spear from the quiver on his back and slid his combat spear into its holder, also on his back. The staircase spiraled and finally leveled out. Jukka pressed himself against the wall and peeked over. Multiple figures were standing in the room. They didn't seem to be up to anything. Jukka eavesdropped a little as a figure appeared from the window, apparently defending another who was near the window. Eventually, they all lowered their weapons. Apparently they didn't know each other. Jukka, still holding his throwing spear cautiously stepped out from the shadows of the corner and loudly cleared his throat.

The dust from the attack cleared away, visibility slowly returning. When it did, Kriven found his nose mere centimeters away from the tip of the crimson blade.
"Dear brother, today is your defeat, I will have what strength was rightfully mine!" the words were slow, calm and confident. Krovon was completely positive he was going to have the demon on this day.
Kriven grasped the sword's blade with his rock-formed arm, "You should have killed me before the dust settled."
Krovon was shocked at both his own stupidity and the boldness of his brother. Never had Kriven ever been this bold, he usually had some kind of breakdown or became angry. This was different, he didn't seem frightened or enraged at all. The elder brother swung his arm to the right, breaking Kriven's grasp on the sword. But as Kriven's hand slipped off the blade, it also slid forward through the air contacting Krovon's face. The blue-haired man was sent spiralling through the air.
"Everyone get up stairs. I don't want to risk going demon and killing you all." Kriven said, his eyes focused on his brother.
