Alrighty... I've beaten all the difficulty levels on the Colliseum for Lloyd and for Sheena. I could probably figure out how to do the others just by practicing, but what I REALLY need to know is...
How in the name of MITHOS do you beat it with Genis and Raine? Any suggestions?

It's difficult. Raine especially, since all her spells take a long time to cast. Genis, you just pound away with the lower-level spells (fireball, stone blast, etc) using EX skills and items to lower spellcast time and chain spells. That way they cast fast enough to keep your opponent from getting to you.
I have no idea how to do Raine. I never got around to it.

With raine never actually done it with her I just started my third playthrough so I think the best thing to do is to find a way to knock down your opponent and then get away from the opponent and cast a spell and hope your opponent doesnt attack you while doing it.

150?!?!?!?! *jaw drops* it reaches up to there?!?!? i was under the impression that it ended at 100... well not that i'd know, i'm at 80 something on my 6th playthrough I'm thinking maybe Raine needs to be powered up with some Nebilim Juice >=D though its very difficult to make them powerful for her (and Genis)

You need to have her Ex thing that's called Concentrate. NO SPELL INTERRUPTIONS!!! And a few Mystic Ruins or whatever they're called to speed up casting even more.

yikes... n e ways, yeah. got a little bit of data on one of the opponents: (on the last match, you can use items!)
Meredy: HP: 16000 TP: 1450 (>.< I forgot the rest...)
Farah: HP: 20000
Garr: HP: 25000
General Tips for both tournaments: I found out that the combo Sword Rain > Fierce Demon Fang > Rising Falcon works well in both single and double tournaments does about 10 hits with easily 5000 damage.
Notes and Tiups for Group tournaments: I'm using level 72 Lloyd, Level 71 Zelos, and Level 70 Raine and I have them all equipped with a Black Onyx (or whatever it's called) so that they all don't die too easy... then, during the fight, if you're getting pounded on, use just Rising Falcon to get behind the enemy and start beating on him/her/it and you'll easily win. this works a lot better on spellcasters, very large enemies, and also enemies that don't stagger easily. using Tempest beast in moderation will sometimes give you enough time to fit an item or two in. and finally and most important REMEMBER TO COOK WHEN YOUR HP OR TP IS LOW!
Notes and Tips for Single tournament:
This one is a lot easier. On the match versus the Drake, just get close to it, do a jump attack on it to get it to the ground, then just keep on slashing. you'll get a fair bit of TP and quite a fair bit of technical smash for no damage if you do this right. again, cooking is important. watch your TP as well - it'll go quicker than you think.
Battle Against Seles - Notes and Tips: Seles is mostly a spellcaster. But if you see something strange come out of her purse/bag then you may want to back off - and quick! - it usually means that she's going to nail you with one of her magic clubs which knock you to the ground, then you'll get pummeled with a lot of magic. you usually don't even need items to get her out of the way. why, first time, I may have lost, but that was because I didn't expect her to come out. second time - BANG! I beat her. she looks hard and may seem hard, but it's really no problem.
Battle Against Farah, Garr and Maredy - Notes and Tips:
(I haven't won this battle because it's so hard.)(Just beat them yesterday.)
I usually go after Meredy and try to dispatch her. once you get her to less than 4000 HP she will nail you with the heavy stuff... once you have Meredy down, then get Garr quick and keep on him like glue. otherwise, you may have Meredy back up. then, after getting Garr out of your hair, you only have Farah to worry about she has mostly close-range stuff, so backing off will help for a little.
EDIT: First observations were incorrect.

I can't find all of the Devil's Arms, so I don't know about this 'Neblim' too much yet. is it supposed to cause serious damage or something?

It has 0 attack power, but gains 1 atk for every enemy you've killed. If you choose "Save Battle Data" from the grade shop, the number of kills carries over. I ended up with a Nibilim about 5x as strong as the Material Blade on my second playthrough. Raine : Use the spell-cancel glitch and smack 'em with a limitless combo. Spell-cancel glitch works as follows. Attack for your full combo (three or four hits), and then cast a spell. Immediately whack B to cancel the spell and attack three/four times again. It'll count as a combo if done correctly. The Meredy/Garr/Farah battle isn't too hard thanks to item use. With the Nibilim it's a snap, you won't even have a problem soloing it. Otherwise, set Revitalize as your C-stick cast and just spam it during the entire fight. Raine will get off one just often enough to keep everyone alive. I'd advise taking out Meredy first, as she's an easy target, and will use up the one auto-ress that the trio has.
