How to set transparency. For programs: MS Paint & MS Photo Editor (Together) Paint Shop Pro 5 MS Paint & MS Photo EditorMake the bit you want transparent a different colour than anything else on the picture. Press Ctrl A then Copy and paste onto Photo Editor Next: Now save the image as a .gif and that bit will be transparent. Paint Shop Pro 5Start of the same as MS Paint & MS Photo Editor. Remember to make it one thick colour and not a blend ((Like I’ve done here >_<)) Next press ‘Selections’ and then press ‘Select All’ Then: Make sure you have the colour you want transparent as your foreground colour. Then: Copy the Image and paste it as a new image, then save as a .gif. Hope this has been useful! I might update this if I get other programes.

...ok, I take it back: Mac Paint is nothing like Windows paint. For one, it doesn't have those fancy buttons; for another, I can't do transparency anyway.
