Hey all! I recently started playing a game called Kings of Chaos, and it's really fun. Basically, you have an army, and your goal is to attack other armies and get a chunk of their gold(which you then use to build up your army and defense). If you'd like to start playing(and help me out) sign up here.

I joined as SleepyJack. No idea how to play or whatnot. Personally I don't like being commanded but I did since you asked. Will I be able to leave your army and join it again, in case I wish to?
EDIT: I picked Undead as a race just because Undead are amazing. Then I learned there were race-specific traits, but oh well. Orc seems to be the best (keep in mind I haven't even played the game or have any idea what it's about), with Undead 2nd, Dwarves 3rd, then Humans and Elves. Seems like fun.
EDITEDIT: I don't understand what to do. Am I supposed to click my link repeatedly in order to build up my army? >.>
EDITEDITEDIT: My dudes keep running away from the guys I tell them to kill! Undead can have no fear. I guess I'm going to have to show them true fear so they won't run away from fights, like sissies.
*whipcrack*
EDITx9BILLION: I got it all figured out. I attacked people but only random newbies without commanders. I'm making 40 people a day now. What's the difference between mercenaries and specialists, and what is covert level?
EDITx9: It's fun. It's what I hoped clan warfare in Kingdom of Loathing would be like. Oh, when I steal peoples' Gold do they lose Gold? Because now I feel bad. ._.

Yes, you can leave my command and rejoin me later. But if you stay, I'll give you soldiers from time to time. I don't think there's a difference between mercenaries and specialists, mercs are there just so if you want people, but don't have any untrained soldiers, you can get some. Covert level is part of what decides how well your spies do, and how well your sentries stop spies. And yes, if you steal their gold, they lose it.
One last thing: In a week or so, the current age will end, and you'll get set back to having basically nothing. So you can feel free to test things out.

But I was doing so awesomely (for the first day lol). But I guess I should be happy; I have a week to test everything out and work out the basics and next week I will be able to start fresh like everybody else. I'm going to try clicking your link and mine 5 times a day though.
And do mercenaries stay for the rest of the age? Oh, also untrained soldiers seem to be better (to me at least) since they can work for both offense and defense wheras specialists can only do one - they are a little weaker (I think) but wouldn't the rise in numbers make up for the loss of individual power? Plus, you could save money since you don't have to pay in order to specialize them.
