Nate yawned and stretched. He thought about getting out of bed, but instead threw his alarm clock out his open door and into the hall of the Tales Home. He heard it clack down stairs, and assuming it landed in the kitchen, he pulled the blankets up over his eyes to shield himself from the sunlight, slowly drifting to sleep once more. The sun continues to rise, creating a beautiful yellow and pink horizon beyond the building that houses so many. Most of it's inhabitants are just awakening or still asleep, as the case is with Nate. The day will soon start, however, and it is when that happens, that life will change for these friendly people. Go ahead and post in whatever manner you'd like

Ari slept like a log. Nothing would ever wake her up. She groggily opened her eyes for a brief moment when she heard Nate's alarm hit the floor, but snuggled back into bed. Nope, she wasn't going to allow one noise keep her from getting her beauty sleep. Not at all. Burying her face in her pillow, she eventually drifted back into dreamland. She had had a dream about a evil butler stalking her down the street... it wasn't a pleasant dream, but she'd deal with it if she were allowed to continue snoozing.

Across the room from Ari's bed was a bookshelf. Across from that, was a dresser.
In between the two, precariously hung, was a hammock.
It was in this hammock that a certain Fnog had buried himself, beneath a layer or seven of blankets. He was curled up comfortably, snoozing away...
...until a certain projectile made high-speed contact with his hammock. Some people knew this projectile as 'alarm clock.' Beneath his layers of blankets, Fnog only knew it as 'world of pain.'
"Mmmmmfmmfmfmmm..." moaned out from between the blankets. Within them, pore Fnog was rubbing his head where the hard metal (or was it plastic? He couldn't tell) object had made contact. Painful contact. Ow.
A few minutes later, pain was forgotten and sleep was re-found. Nighty night, Fnog.

Yoeri slept with headphones on his head, he fell asleep while listening music, he was always able to sleep through any sound, when he slept, he was deaf, only two sounds always made him awake, his annoying clock and his angry mother.
Yoeri rolled and fell on te ground, but just slept on. He didn't knew if it was day or night and was in his sleeping world, he was never able to keep on dreaming.

Shiro, sleepy as he may be, found a reason not to roll over into a more comfortable position and continue to sleep. He was hungry. He stood, and dizzily walked to the kitchen.
Upon arrival at the kitchen, Shiro noticed a half-empty box of pancake mix sitting on the counter. He quickly, and skillfully prepared a pile of pancakes with the remainder of the box. Enough for everyone. 'Enough for everyone' meaning anyone could grab at whatever he didn't finish himself.

There was, however, one thing that could arouse Nate from his sleep. The warm smells filled his nose, his nostrils, his brain screamed: FOOD! Almost like a zombie, awake yet not, he manages to pull himself out of his bed. He must have slept in his clothes, as he's already dressed save for socks and shoes... and glasses. He grabs his glasses and iPod, he can't dare leave without the Pod of I for fear of withdrawls.
Anyway, he makes his way into the hall, trips over a loose floorboard and rather then taking the time to pull himself up, he rolls down the stairs and into the kitchen, still listening to his morning dose of music all the way. He collides with the table and lays on the floor until someone places a plate of food for him to steal.

Josh, being a bit of a morning person (He went to bed a bit early as well) he had about 15 seconds of being sucked into the bed. Were someone to try and drag him out, he'd fall asleep again. Anyhow, he finally got to his feet, and looked - some people were moving. Well, well... I'm not the only early bird... From what he could see, they were moving southward - to the kitchen. He waited for them to finish before he got some himself - he went back on his bed, closed his eyes, but didn't sleep - he knew full well what was going on - within ear shot, mind you.

((Kriven, think we can have a layout to the house?))
Ari nuzzled her face into the pillow one last time, figuring that she couldn't stay in bed forever as much as she wished she could. She threw the covers back and yawned sleepily. Slipping out of bed, she stumbled over toward her dresser, only to find a certain someone blocking the way. A small smile formed upon her lips as she tip-toed closer to her beloved fnog. Playfully, she poked at his forehead, surpressing giggles as she did so. "Wake up..."

((XD Nice one kriv. Secret basement we don't know about yet. XD))
Mo would have rolled out of bed - except he was allready awake, and sittting in the living room. Whenever he wasn't sleeping in his own bed, at home, he always found himself up far before anyone else. And not wanting to wake people up, he usually just sat somewhere. Hearing activity in the kitchen, he decided to get up and do something.
"Talkative bunch, arent' we?" He asked, gesturing toward Nate and Shiro. "Aww, you made me pancakes. Too bad I allready had a bowl of cereal. You can have them." He jokingly said to Shiro as he sat down.

Shiro, who was still stuffing his face with pancakes, nodded to Moses with a bland expression on his face. "You wouldn't want them anyway; There were maggots swimming in the mix," he said in an oddly serious tone, "Although a little extra protein never hurt anyone." He soaked up the remaining syrup on his plate with his last piece of pancake, and consumed it.
After finishing his breakfast, he figured a light jog would be a good start to the day. A couple miles one way, and a couple of miles back sounded good. Nice and refreshing. Too bad it would require effort. Instead he lazily walked to the living room, and started up his laptop.

P-Chan, a light sleeper, was woken up a while ago by all the noise and scratched her head groggily. She managed to summon the strength to tumble out of bed, rolling smack into the door of her room. The collision had woken her up with a start, and she changed out of her pajamas, starting out of the room, her CD player in her hands. "Wonder if anyone else is up yet..."
As she bounded down the stairs, she saw people already in the kitchen. "Top o' the morning, guys," P-Chan chirped as she strode into the room. "Hum Hallelujah," she sang in synchronization with the song playing on her CD player. "Just off the key of reason, I thought I loved you, la, la, la... I'm gonna craft myself some eggs." The black-haired girl ruffled the hair on her head before bending down to scour the cupboards for a pan. "La, la, la, and we are the dream... I can't find the pan which may pose a problem, la, la, la..."

Devy had already been awake walst morning activities went on, but she'd desided to stay in bed. It was rare to see her downstairs before the likes of 10:30 at least. And besides, a bed is so much more compfy than a sofa for reading. Currently she'd continued to read from where she'd left off from last night when she fell to sleep reading. Though a sofa did prove some advantages that a bed didn't, for example you don't end up getting a kricky neck after laying down too long looking up. She sighed, considering wether to move or not.

"The pan?" Mo asked P-chan. "Why, its at the end of the rainbow." He said in the best Irish accent he could, making tracing a rainbow in the air with his finger. After getting blank stares, he said, "You know, cause you said Top o' the morning. But really I don't know where the pan is...."
"Well, I'll just click my heels together and be off!" He said, continueing his Irish impression. "They're always after me lucky charms!" He ran quickly up the stairs as if being chased, and stepped into his room. Quickly, he sat in his chair and started thinking. About stuff.

Nate stared blankly at Mo as he ran off, pointed at where he once was for a moment, then slowly said, "What the hell is he smoking?"
The sun faded, covered by the heavy of depressing rain clouds. Nate climbed to his feet and walked over to the window, sticking his head out just as it began to rain. He pulled himself back inside, his hair hung down to his chin from being soaked. Lightning cracked across the sky, and thunder roared it's mighty battle cry. The soldiers of water beat down upon the house...
Nate turns on the radio, hoping for some music to make the rain seem like nothing. What the radio says instead is this: "There is a high chance of tornado activity... this is going to be a big one folks, the biggest ever. Scientists from all around the world say that this is the biggest recorded tornado in the history of man... We urge everyone listening to find shelter quickly!"
"Aw... crap..."
