Serai follows Kraleon as he heads east to the central square. I think I want to head to Kinsarmar... mages are always fun to play with. And steal from, she adds with a soft giggle. Always got fun stuff to play with!

Three bridges, two platforms later, she arrives at the massive Southern square. All around her lie the three guild halls of Celidon: Hunter's guild to the south, druids guild to the east, and Herbalists guild to the West. The way north is taken up by a massive bridge leading directly to the Central Square. A similar path to the one she took leads to the Eastern square. What do ye? Remede likes straight lines. She really does. Besides, if you were to keep on walking in a straight line, the chances of getting lost in unknown territory are slim. The girl figured that she would keep on going south-- just for the heck of it.

Omio thinks Toasted Head Inn? Something tells me not to go there, but I must. then he wanders east, intending for the Eastern area of the village.

-={[Ari]}=- The Hunters Guildhall before her appears to be a small meeting hall built against the trunk of a sequoia tree. Upon entering, Ari realizes the mistake in that idea.
The small meeting hall... is the entrance hall.
Where she expected there to be a back wall, the hall branches out to accomodate the formidable dimensions of a hollow sequoia. Some dozen meters up or so lies a crystalline circle held in place by vines: the High Council meeting circle. Smaller such circles tier downwards in layers, one for each rank in the guild. At the very bottom sits a burly, merry dwarf, a tankard in one hand and an axe in the other, telling a pair of younglings the fabulous stories of the Hunt.
Noticing her entrance, he ends his chapter of the tale and sends the novice hunters on their way. He sets his tankard aside and calls over to her: "Welcom' ta Stronheim, Guildhall o' tha Hunters! Can a help yeh?"
-={[Serai, Kraleon and Omio]}=-
One long bridge later the three come upon the Central Square. Actually several dozen small squares connected by bridges, it is a marvel of engineering. In the dead center is a massive market around a small hole in the square; down from the square trails a small ladder. (The ladder you came up on.)
Off to the North is a single, massive redwood tree, stretching upwards and upwards several dozen meters higher than the rest of the canopy. A wooden slat staircase winds around the tree.
To the South lies a large, open platform filled with benches and tables. In a clearing, a small class is going on; the instructor, a slim elf of no more than forty, lifts a set of herbs up so his students can see, then continues explaining their medicinal value. A thin bridge snakes further southward to three large buildings.
To the East lies a single, large, windowed building built into the side of an oak. An iron sign depicts a dragon's head breathing fire; the words "Toasted Head Inn & Tavern" hang just below it.
Finally, off to the West (the area you just came from) lies a set of ladders up and off into the canopy. The leaves obscure your view of where they go.

((Pst! I'm using Remede! But it's all good.)) "Oh, I'm sorry..." Remede started, bowing her head slightly as she made her way to the dwarf. "Did I interrupt something?"

"No, I don't need lessons..." She looked around the room. "I'm only here because of simple curiousity... you see, I just recently arrived at Celidon. I've never seen any place like this before-- it amazes me."

"Well 'en, explore 'a hall if ya loike. If'n ye need anythin', jes gimme a holler. The Hunters're oot back, teachin the novice'ry how ta bind wounds wit herbs 'n' poultices, fer healin' an' suchloike. If ye wanna lesson, the door's roight there..." he jerks a thumb at a barely-concealed door to his left— "...or, ye can explore th'hall yerself. S'up te you." The dwarf reclines in his chair and snatches his tankard back up, taking a hearty swig.

"Thank you," Remede says before bowing out to explore the great hall. She sees a nearby corridor and decides to take a look at it. Hm... where would this lead? The girl's silent steps lead her down the hall, wondering what awaited her at the end.

"Hmm, I'd love to follow the proverb some more, but that would bring me to the Inn..." He walks over and sits behind some of the students to listen in on the elf's lesson.

Cailean flittered out and stared adoringly at the sky. "Such a lovely piece of natural art, meow."

(YOU ARE TOO FAST FOR ME!! ><) Raiden has been silent during most of the encounter. His breath had been taken away. He gives a shrug and heads towards the Inn after asking a villager where it is located.

«Welcome to next week?» -={[Firestorm]}=- Stepping through the door, he is greeted by the one thing he didn't expect in an elvish city-in-the-trees: A dwarf-run tavern. Tables litter the open space, each one occupied by some myriad of creature/s. A single path leads to the back and the bar; a staircase from there leads to the inn part of the "Inn and Tavern". A pair of dwarves scuttle past him, carrying a massive platter of drinks. They stop at the table of an equally-massive lizardman in the back of the tavern. They make haste to get away as soon as the drinks are down. The draconoid, a winged, scaled, green-and-brown humanoid (who looks like this), glances briefly at Raiden before beginning his drinks, downing each at such a speed as to utterly astound the dwarven servers. They watch in awe as the entire tray is emptied. -={[The rest will get their posts as soon as I get home/get a break period in school where I'm not homeworking. Sorry for the delay...]}=-

Omio wanders north, across a few bridges and sits at the base of the tree, contemplating. ((He does this to clear out his thoughts and maintain purity))
